My name is Ken Belveal and I’m an Exercise Physiologist with over 30 years of experience in helping people improve their health and fitness.

For 29 of those years, I spent the nearly half of my day traveling from client to client—often spending 5-7 hours a day in my car. Despite regularly exercising, I found that sitting for extended periods, day after day, without prioritizing mobility, took a toll on my body. By the time the pandemic hit, I was dealing with severe low back, hip, and knee pain. I realized that even with my background in exercise physiology, I hadn’t focused enough on maintaining flexibility and joint health during my long hours of driving.

That experience was a wake-up call.
